Why Felt?

Felt is a non-woven cloth that is produced by condensing, matting and pressing fibers. It is often used to cushion, polish, absorb vibration, as a colorful decoration, to wick or retain grease or oil, wipe, or seal as a gasket. We recommend felt for gasket applications because of its versatility, dependability and performance, particularly its resistance to solvent and its effectiveness in oil absorption.

Felt Products

Felt is available in synthetic, wool, cotton flannel, polyester, polypropylene, or a blend and with or without pressure sensitive adhesive. You can select felt based on its firmness, density, fiber content, durometer hardness, tensile strength, color and thickness.
